• Modify product specifications and pricing
• Discontinue products without prior notice
• Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
• Set minimum order quantities for certain products

3. Ordering and Payment

When placing an order with us:

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
• Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated
• Payment terms are net 30 days for established customers
• New customers may be required to pay in advance
• We accept bank transfers, cheques, and approved credit arrangements

4. Delivery and Risk

Delivery terms:

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk passes to the buyer upon dispatch from our facility
• Delivery costs are additional unless otherwise agreed
• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

5. Quality and Returns

We stand behind our product quality:

• Products are manufactured to industry standards
• Defective products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion
• Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery
• Custom products are non-returnable unless defective

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the products supplied. We are not liable for:

• Consequential or indirect damages
• Loss of profits or business interruption
• Damages exceeding the purchase price
• Issues arising from misuse of our products

8. Governing Law
